Privacy Notice on the Processing of Personal Data

1. Data controller

Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), the data controller is Furkan Yeke (furkanyeke.com). Contact: furkannyekee@gmail.com

2. Data processed

• Contact form: your name, email address and the content of your message.
• Technical logs: IP address and request time, kept by the server solely to prevent abuse (spam, excessive requests).

The site does not track you with cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools. Only a strictly necessary session cookie is used to secure the form.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Form data is processed solely to respond to your inquiry, based on the explicit consent you give in the form (KVKK Art. 5/1). Technical logs are processed on the basis of legitimate interest in keeping the site secure (KVKK Art. 5/2-f).

4. Transfer

Your message is delivered by email and is therefore stored on the servers of the email and hosting providers. Your data is not otherwise shared with third parties or used for marketing.

5. Retention

Correspondence is kept for no longer than 2 years after the conversation ends and is then deleted. You may ask for earlier deletion at any time.

6. Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to:

• learn whether your data is processed and request information about it,
• ask for it to be corrected if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
• ask for it to be erased or destroyed,
• withdraw your explicit consent at any time,
• claim compensation if you suffer damage.
